But what many of you don’t know is that Beretta has been doing business for over 500 years and counting. In 1526, their first sale was made and ever since then Beretta has been an international figure in the selling and manufacturing of firearms.
Another interesting fact about Beretta is that it is a family owned company. An Italian by the name of Bartolomeo Beretta was the man who started the company, and today, the company is run by Ugo Gussalli Beretta and his sons. Their headquarters is still in Brescia, Italy, and they have established themselves in nearly every market overseas. Beretta firearms are not only sold to the public, but are also made available to many police units and militaries all over the world. The Beretta Nano— WOW! what you need to know.

The Beretta Nano—what you need to know.

If you are on the market for an awesome pistol, then you need to check out the Beretta Nano. This firearm defines the word awesome. The Beretta Nano is a semi-automatic pistol that shoots a 9mm caliber cartridge and possesses many amazing features. With its interchangeable sight system, this makes it simple and easy to help you become a more accurate shooter. All you need is a 1.3 hex wrench that fits both the front and rear sights.
Thanks to Beretta technology, the Beretta Nano gives very little (if any) recoil when you pull the trigger. This allows the shooter to be more accurate and gain more confidence in their ability. Not to mention it is healthier the hand as it takes less abuse from the impact of the shot. The Beretta Nano is primarily used for concealment, therefore, the size is fairly small as to give the shooter a stronger, more comfortable grip. The ambi magazine release is another feature that makes the Nano an awesome pistol. Whether you are left-handed or right-handed, you can easily use the magazine release when needed.

More awesomeness from the Beretta Nano.

The snag free design of the Beretta Nano makes it easy for the shooter to conceal the gun, avoid snags, and makes for a smoother shot. . Don’t like pulling the trigger to disassemble your handgun? Neither do I. Simply press the Striker Deactivator with a small punch or ball point pen and you can safely deactivate the striker system. Without this feature the risk of causing harm to oneself or others is significantly high. It is important to clean your firearm often, but this can be a hassle and a little annoying to have to do. Not no more, the Beretta Nano is so easy to take apart that almost anyone could do it. Cleaning your firearm often prolongs its lifespan.

IF YOU ARE STILL NOT CONVINCED THAT THE BERETTA NANO IS AN AWESOME GUN, THEN I INVITE YOU TO VISIT THEIR WEBSITE OR SET SOME TIME FROM YOUR SCHEDULE TO VISIT YOUR LOCAL FIREARM RETAILER.

The Beretta Nano—pure awesomeness.

The Beretta Nano—pure awesomeness.

The Beretta Nano is simply an awesome pistol. If you are on the market for a small, compact pistol, then this would be the perfect gun for you. This gun shoots a 9 caliber cartridge with extreme accuracy while providing little recoil. The less recoil equals more accuracy in your shooting. It is small so it easy to conceal and carry. It has a comfortable grip that fits your hand securely, giving you confidence in every shot.
The Beretta Nano has many exciting features. One of those which I like a lot is the interchangeable sight capability. This applies for both the front and year sights. All it takes is a 1.3  hex wrench to adjust the settings. This is an easy way adjust the sights which allows for even more accuracy. Another exciting tool the Beretta Nano has is the ambi magazine release. If you were left-handed and the magazine release button was on the right side, it would make it more difficult to use, right? But when you can change it to whatever side you prefer, this would easily solve the problem.

More awesomeness from the Beretta Nano.

I had already mentioned how the Beretta Nano was easy to conceal and to carry thanks to its small size, but another reason that validates this fact is its snag free design. The design was made to avoid getting caught on things that are easy to catch on, since this gun is meant for concealed carry. Don’t like pulling the trigger to disassemble your handgun? Neither do I. Simply press the Striker Deactivator with a small punch or ball point pen and you can safely deactivate the striker system.

THE BERETTA NANO IS AN EXCELLENT GUN FOR NEARLY ANY PURPOSE YOU WOULD LIKE TO USE IT FOR. HOW MUCH MORE AWESOME COULD IT GET!

History of the Beretta Firearms Industry: Part 2

History of the Beretta Firearms Industry: Part 2

Like stated earlier in this series, Beretta firearms have been around longer than any other gun manufacturing company. The company was started by Bartolomeo Beretta in a small Italian city in the 1520s. Now, the company is run by his grandsons (a few times removed, of course) and has spread across the world.

The growth of the Beretta Firearms Company

From its small roots in Italy, the Beretta firearms business continued to grow until they became the second largest barrel producer in Gardone in the year 1698.The Beretta family even continued to produce gun barrels throughout Napoleon’s invasion in 1797 and into times of Austrian rule.

THE COMPANY DIDN’T GET ITS OFFICIAL NAME UNTIL 1832 WHEN PIETRO ANTONIO BERETTA FINALLY DECIDED TO CALL IT “FABBRICA D’ARMI PIETRO BERETTA.” AT THIS POINT, THE COMPANY WAS STILL PRODUCING ONLY GUN BARRELS AND DISTRIBUTING THEM THROUGHOUT ITALY. PIETRO’S SON, GIUSEPPE, TOOK OVER THE COMPANY AFTER HIS DEATH AND DECIDED IT WAS TIME TO BEGIN MANUFACTURING COMPLETE BERETTA FIREARMS, INSTEAD OF JUST THE GUN BARREL.

While Pietro’s grandson, also named Pietro, ran the family business, it grew substantially.By 1880, Beretta was producing nearly 8,000 firearms a year. During WWI and WWII, Beretta had contracts with the Italian Royal Army to be their primary firearm producer. This brought about the first pistol in the company--the model 1915s.
It wasn’t until 1975 that the first Model 92 Beretta firearms was produced which is not the most widely used self-loading pistol in law enforcement and military today. And, after the much awaited arrival, Beretta began producing in the US market in 1977.

BERETTA FIREARMS HAVE EXPANDED TO PRODUCE MORE THAN JUST FIREARMS--THEY HAVE A HIGH-END CLOTHING LINE, GALLERIES, AND MUCH MUCH MORE. BERETTA ALWAYS HAS BEEN AND CONTINUES TO BE THE TOP NAME IN THE FIREARM MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY. THE LEGACY BARTOLOMEO CREATED IN THE 1500S HAS LIVED ON FOR GENERATIONS AND WILL SURELY STAND THE TEST OF TIME.

History of the Beretta Firearm Industry: Part 1

If you are gun enthusiast, or perhaps you just own (or are looking to own) a firearm for protection and safety, you have surely heard of Beretta. You may have wondered how this company got its start, what makes it better than other firearm manufacturers, and what is up with that funky Italian name. Fortunately for you, you are in the right place to learn just these things! This is a 2-part series on the history of the Beretta firearmso be sure to check back for the more recent happenings of Beretta.

Beretta Firearm in the Beginning

Deep in the beautiful country of Italy, a city named Gardone is the source of a significant amount of high-grade iron ore. This ore proved to be a valuable source for iron working, and in the Renaissance Era, for fun making. Maestro Bartolomeo Beretta, the father of Beretta firearms, was living in Gardone in 1526 when his legacy began. He was known throughout the city for his master gun barrel making and highly regarded for his expertise. In fact, he was hired by the Arsenal of Venice to begin producing gun barrels, thus making his company the older gun manufacturing company in the world.
Jacomo, Bartolomeo’s son, also became a master gun-maker and he passed that legacy down through to his son, Giovannino. The talent and passion has trickled down through the generations over the past 500 years. The Beretta firearm family has continuously controlled the company throughout history--refusing to sell it or trade it off for a less demanding trade. They were committed to quality and excellence and each Beretta son did his part to ensure the good reputation of Beretta firearm. Today, Ugo Gussalli Beretta and his sons, Pietro and Franco, still maintain excellence in the production of Beretta firearms.

CLEARLY, BARTOLOMEO’S LEGACY, CREATED NEARLY FIVE CENTURIES AGO, HAS LIVED ON. SURELY HE WOULD BE PROUD AT THE PROGRESS AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS THE BERETTA FAMILY HAS MADE IN HIS NAME. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A NEW FIREARM TO PURCHASE, OR IF YOU ALREADY OWN A BERETTA, YOU CAN FEEL CONFIDENT IN YOUR DECISION OF CONTINUING ON A LEGACY OF PASSION FOR THE BERETTA FIREARM INDUSTRY.
